The enquiry and booking process can be a daunting task. We know that you have a list as long as your arm to sort out ahead of your big day so we try to simplify things for you!
If you're not sure what you want - looking on social media is a good place for floral inspiration; Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook are good places to start.
Getting a quote
To get a wedding floral quote please fill in this form, which is designed so we can quote you as accurately as possible. We try to get back to you within 48 hours but when we have a big weekend of weddings we sometimes get a bit behind. If you haven't heard from us within a week please give us a nudge!
Reserving your date
Our email response will contain a guide price. The final price can't be set until you have had a phone or face-to-face consultation with Jessica so that we can make sure we really understand what you want. If the prices look good and you want to lock us in we ask for a $550 deposit to secure your date. As we are a small team we can only take on a limited number of weddings each week so please don't leave it too late to do this! If you want to go ahead, reply to the email and we will get an invoice out to you ASAP.
Discussing specific details
After you have paid your deposit we will arrange a time for you to have a chat with Jessica. This can be done face-to-face, by phone, Skype or FaceTime. However we do it, this is your opportunity to explain exactly what you want. It helps a lot if you can gather some inspirational pics (if you can send them before your appt that's even better!) Jessica will discuss all the details and with you and by the end she will be armed with everything she needs to draw up an official quote. This appt usually lasts 45-60 mins, and can be as far in advance of you big day as you like. Remember though - things do change along the way so we recommend it to be about 6-8 weeks before your wedding.
Finalising your florals
Jessica will send over a quote by email, and this can be tweaked until it is just right for you. We often email backwards and forwards with brides a few times to get everything finalised. We like to get this finalised as soon as possible but if there are minor last minute changes that's not a problem, up until one week before. Once you have a final quote that you are happy with, the remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.
One week before
Finally all the preparation and planning is over, your big day is almost here! Jessica will make contact with you the week before your wedding to confirm everything. This is your chance to ask any questions or add any last minute florals!
On your big day
On the day, depending on what you have ordered: bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets, and any other bridal party florals will be delivered to wherever you are getting ready. The groom and groomsmen's buttonholes will be delivered to them - and we'll even show them how to pin them on!
We then head to your ceremony to set up and then onto the reception so that everything is ready for you.
If you have hired items, we will return at the end of the night to collect everything - we can liaise with the venue directly on this.
